Breitling Bentley Mulliner Hands-On Review

Breitling Bentley Phantom Watch

In the same vein as something like the Corum Golden Bridge, the http://www.speedroc.com/replica-breitling-bentley-gt-racing.html gives you an expansive view of the movement. Of course silicon parts (such as the escapement) add to the mix offering lovely shades of blue and purple depending on the light. Once you get used to the Bentley dial, it is surprisingly easy to read, though the hour hand can get a bit hidden at times.

The replica breitling Chronomat 41 is entirely made in-house and further benefits from operating at a modern 4Hz. We like it a lot, and even if you don’t like the look of the Bentley it is a mechanism worth respecting. The Bentley Phantom watch itself comes in a 45mm wide 18k rose gold case with a strip of vulcanized rubber on the bezel. Note that unlike some of the original Bentley models you can finally allow these to be exposed to a bit of water as they are water resistant to 30 meters. Still a beautiful model, the combination of a touribllon and the unique look of the replica breitling Bentley Barnato makes it a must-have item for many watch lovers. Breitling will produce just 99 piece of the limited edition Bentley Phantom ref.

The initial models in the limited edition set will be quite high-end offered only in 18k red gold or platinum cases. The polished cases will be 43mm wide and in a typical Breitling design. I like how the dials come together in terms of design and legibility. The dial textures are nice as well. What I am not convinced about right now are the hands. They aren’t bad, but they really don’t look like what we normally see from the brand. They sort of feel a bit thin for the dial. They actually aren’t really too short, but perhaps the narrow style mixed with them being skeletonized makes them feel a bit anemic in an otherwise bold aesthetic presentation. Perhaps my assertion is wrong and when I see the Perpetual Manufacture watches hands-on I will be able to come up with a better determination.

Another new feature on the dial is the “” (infinity) character that Breitling places over the “Perpetual” label. Perhaps we will see this on all Bentley watches from the brand moving forward. Overall the piece is very interesting and I look forward to checking it out more soon. Breitling will produce the Perpetual Manufacture as a limited edition of 250 pieces total. I imagine that is 125 piece in each metal.
